The Heart of Texas Intergroup (HOTIG) of Overeaters Anonymous serves central Texas.
To the NewcomerOvereaters Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women from all walks of life who meet in order to help solve a common problem - compulsive overeating, which includes obesity, anorexia, and bulimia. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop eating compulsively.

The Heart of Texas OA Intergroup is hosting the third annual Texas State OA Convention, April 4-6 at the Cambria Hotel Austin Uptown. The Overeaters Anonymous Region 3 Assembly will also take place on Friday, April 4 at the convention venue.
