Bylaws

The Heart of Texas OA Intergroup operates under a set of adopted rules called bylaws. The Heart of Texas OA Intergroup bylaws:

• Outline the structure of the organization.
• Defines service positions and committees, their qualifications, duties, and responsibilities.
• Are important in context to the status of the Heart of Texas OA Intergroup as a nonprofit organization.

Any changes to the Heart of Texas OA bylaws are submitted for review to the OA World Service Office in order to ensure that they do not conflict with OA, Inc. Bylaws and that the Twelve Traditions are being followed.
